- Our clocks usually take 2-6 business days to make. The largest ones take a few days longer.
- LIFETIME WARRANTY. We will replace your mechanism (not the entire clock) for as long as you own it. Mechanisms are tested before mailing, however, if it is damaged in shipping we will mail you a replacement. Some assembly is required to replace the mechanism. Our contact info is on clock back.
- SILENT QUARTZ MECHANISMS! Our clocks are very quiet. No annoying ticking!! Our clocks sit flat against the wall and do not wobble. The mechanisms are as recessed as possible, which makes for a nicely finished product.
- HANDMADE IN AMERICA BEAUTIFUL **PRINTED** FACE ON SOLID PIECE of 1/2 MDF WOOD PRODUCT. The face is NOT a sticker. It is printed directly on the wood. Our clocks feel solid because of the thicker mdf wood. Our edges are nicely rounded. It takes us just a few days to make your clock. We are usually much faster than is listed.

This warranty covers the clock mechanism only, not the entire clock. Replacing the mechanism is quick and easy, and our contact information is located on the back of every clock.

Every clock is handcrafted to order in Arizona, ensuring you receive a one-of-a-kind piece made with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your clock before it ships. If you requested a mock-up, production begins after your approval.

We want you to love your new clock. That's why every clock includes our Lifetime Mechanism Warranty. If the mechanism ever stops working, we'll send you a replacement—free during the first year and, after that, you only pay the shipping cost.
If your clock is damaged during shipping, we'll replace it with the same design at no additional cost.
Returns
Because each clock is custom made just for you, personalized and customized clocks cannot be returned. Any design that differs from the listing photo is considered a custom order.
For non-personalized clocks, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and clocks must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
