Every clock includes a Lifetime Warranty on the clock mechanism. If it ever stops working while you own your clock, we'll replace the mechanism.

This warranty covers the clock mechanism only, not the entire clock. Replacing the mechanism is quick and easy, and our contact information is located on the back of every clock.

Lifetime Mechanism Warranty

Every clock includes our Lifetime Mechanism Warranty. If your mechanism ever stops working, please contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot the issue.

If a replacement mechanism is needed, we’ll send you a new mechanism and hands. During the first year, the replacement and shipping are completely free. After the first year, the mechanism is still covered for life—you only pay the shipping cost.

If your clock is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it with the same design at no additional cost.

Every clock is handcrafted to order in Arizona, ensuring you receive a piece made with care just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your clock before it ships.

If you requested a mock-up, production begins after you approve your design.

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your new clock.

Non-personalized and non-customized clocks may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us for a return authorization before sending your clock back.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Clocks must be returned in their original condition and securely packed in the original packaging with all accessories.

Personalized & Custom Clock Exchanges

Because personalized and customized clocks are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for refunds.

However, if you are unhappy with your custom clock, you may request one exchange within 30 days of delivery.

The original clock must be returned to us before we create the replacement. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original clock back to us and for shipping the replacement clock.

If we made an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.
