We want you to love your new clock. That's why every clock includes our Lifetime Mechanism Warranty. If the mechanism ever stops working, we'll send you a replacement—free during the first year and, after that, you only pay the shipping cost.
If your clock is damaged during shipping, we'll replace it with the same design at no additional cost.
Because each clock is custom made just for you, personalized and customized clocks cannot be returned. Any design that differs from the listing photo is considered a custom order.
For non-personalized clocks, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and clocks must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

This is an incredibly beautiful clock. The last one I purchased the hands fell off the battery compartment and everything fell apart very disgusting. This was incredibly beautiful sturdy and keeps great time. I would recommend this highly.

So close to perfect! If the picture could have been perfectly centered without the 10 being covered up & was made with actual real wood it would have been...but then the price would have been much higher. Excellent value/quality for the price. Extra cudos for quick responses to questions & getting it to me by Xmas! Hubby loved it!

Oh, and the hands didn't match the picture. Mechanism is what you get from China or Korea so don't expect anything particularly resilient - in fact, they say that if the mechanism doesn't work that they'll send you a new one that you fit yourself.... Was well packaged and it does work but I guess you get what you pay for. If you're not looking for anything too professional you won't be disappointed. I guess I expected a little too much!
This is a beautiful clock. We purchased the tan color and it is exactly what I wanted.
Loved the clock but not happy as no hanging hooks were included.
