This warranty covers the clock mechanism only, not the entire clock. Replacing the mechanism is quick and easy, and our contact information is located on the back of every clock.

Lifetime Mechanism Warranty

Every clock includes our Lifetime Mechanism Warranty. If your mechanism ever stops working, please contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot the issue.

If a replacement mechanism is needed, we’ll send you a new mechanism and hands. During the first year, the replacement and shipping are completely free. After the first year, the mechanism is still covered for life—you only pay the shipping cost.

If your clock is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it with the same design at no additional cost.

Every clock is handcrafted to order in Arizona, ensuring you receive a piece made with care just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your clock before it ships.

If you requested a mock-up, production begins after you approve your design.

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your new clock.

Non-personalized and non-customized clocks may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us for a return authorization before sending your clock back.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Clocks must be returned in their original condition and securely packed in the original packaging with all accessories.

Personalized & Custom Clock Exchanges

Because personalized and customized clocks are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for refunds.

However, if you are unhappy with your custom clock, you may request one exchange within 30 days of delivery.

The original clock must be returned to us before we create the replacement. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original clock back to us and for shipping the replacement clock.

If we made an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.

I sent a picture of a clock that I wanted them to custom make and they took that and made me a replica of that clock that is exactly as I envisioned it and the quality of materials is top notch. The clock was a copy of a clock that a radio station in my hometown my uncle used to work for had made and sent out to local businesses back in the 60s but he didn’t keep a copy for himself which he regretted until his death. Now I have a copy of that clock to pass on to family when I pass away!!

The clocked turned out excellent. I have them use a picture of his beloved car and it's gorgeous!

Absolutely terrible customer service — buyer beware!

My clock arrived damaged.
Instead of doing the right thing and sending a replacement or refund, they have refused to do either. Their proposed “solution” is to send me replacement parts and expect me, the customer, to repair a brand-new clock that arrived broken. That is completely unacceptable. I did not purchase a clock repair project.
I purchased a new clock and expected it to arrive in new, working condition.
A reputable company should stand behind the products it sells. If an item arrives damaged, the reasonable response is to replace it or provide a refund—not send the customer parts and tell them to fix it themselves. Also their return policy is that the buyer pays for return shipping, even if it arrives damaged.

I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from The Big Clock Store.
Save yourself the

Quality seems good. Packed super well for no breakage in travel. Love the simplicity of the face. Great service from the owner. Delivered so fast, especially since it was personalized. Love the French cleats for hanging. Do wish that the screws and anchors would have been included for the price. The 30 in. clock is a great size. Glad I took a chance on the Carolina green clock. The color is perfect and the simplicity suits my taste. I would definitely recommend and would order again.

The clock is beautiful. It looks great in my family room, exactly what I've been looking for. The customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

The clock is essentially very attractive and has kept accurate time over the first few days of use. There are some color imperfections , lighter brown spots, around the outer rim. I took some pictures but then noticed that the listed clock shows these when sufficiently enlarged. I don't think there's a way to darken these (I tried a bit of dark brown shoe polish to no avail. It's easy enough to ignore these and just to appreciate the clock's basic beauty. My wife was favorably impressed.
