The clock face is a crisp, bright and fade resistant print so your clock will look beautiful for a lifetime. Please give us 2-5 business days to make your clock. We are usually much faster than is listed. Our clocks are intended for INDOOR USE ONLY.

* Our clocks run on AA batteries. They hang with a D ring on the back. The larger ones hang with a wire on the back that is stretched between two D rings.

• SILENT QUARTZ MECHANISMS! Our clocks are nearly silent. No annoying ticking!! Our clocks sit flat against the wall and do not wobble. The mechanisms are as recessed as possible, which makes for a nicely finished product. Our clocks use AA batteries.

CLOCK HANDS: Our clock hands are lightweight. They are NOT heavy duty metal — it is NOT because we are trying to be chintzy. Clock hands, especially on large wall clocks, MUST be light or the mechanism could not run them. Our hand styles vary a little depending on the size. The larger clocks (30", 36", 46") have a counter balance on the long hand.

• LIFETIME WARRANTY. We offer a lifetime warranty on the mechanisms. We will replace your mechanism (not the entire clock) for as long as you own it. (After a year, you pay for shipping the mechanism). We don’t send a new clock ONLY THE MECHANISM. By buying this clock, you are agreeing to change the mechanism if it arrives not working. Our contact info is on clock back. Please contact us with any mechanism troubles.

It will take us 2-5 days to make your clock. (If you requested a mock up, the 2-5 days starts after you approve the mock up).

We ship from Arizona.

Personalized/Customized Clocks are NOT returnable. Any deviation from the listing photo is considered Personalized/Customized.

If your clock is not working a new mechanism/hands will be sent, not a new clock. During the first year a mechanism will be sent at no cost. After 1 year, the buyer will pay shipping costs only. Please contact us for troubleshooting. Clocks damaged in shipping will be replaced with the same clock of the exact design. Our clocks are intended for INDOOR USE ONLY.

Each of these large wall clocks is custom made to order, even if your name is not put on them. If you are unhappy with your large wall clock, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. It must be shipped back to us within 25 days of delivery with your Return Authorization Number written on the paperwork that came with the clock. We will approve the return and you can send it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value. Please ensure the clock is packed in the same packaging it came in with all paperwork and accessories. We will not accept a return without it .
