LIFETIME WARRANTY on mechanism. It is important to me that you have a working clock. I buy the best mechanisms I can, but sometimes they get damaged in shipping or have other issues later. For the first year, we will send you a new mechanism. After that, you need only pay shipping and handling for as long as you own your clock. We do not send resend the clock. We will send you a new mechanism and instructions on how to replace it. We will not take returns for non-working mechanisms.

RETURN INFO (non custom clocks): We really like happy customers, so if you are unhappy with your NON CUSTOM large wall clock, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it* and send it (with tracking) within 14 days of giving us notification. Once you notify us we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Please note: you will NOT receive a refund without a Return Authorization Number since this is how we track the return orders. It MUST have the original packaging and be wrapped the same way. Clocks will not be refunded if damaged in return shipping. Please pack well and get insurance. We will approve the return and you can send it back. You will be refunded the cost of the clock (minus our shipping cost). Non-custom clocks will have a 20% restock fee.

How long to ship?

Our clocks are made to order. Please give us 2 – 7 business days to make your wall clock (the 48″ and 60″ clocks might take a few more days).. (Most of the time it is 3-4 days). Add shipping time which depends on where you live. We ship from Arizona.

All of our clocks are quiet, non ticking, smooth running clocks.
Customization Opt.–Add a family name, quote, logo, or a photo. (Free Mock ups on request)
The faces are printed (sharp crisp lines). Washable. Please see our video on how they are made.
Most run on AA battery.
Please give us 2 – 12 business days to make your wall clock–then add shipping time to your particular area.
(The large wall clocks – 48 inch and 60 inch sometimes take a little longer).
Hands vary depending on the size of the wall clock and availability.

Option One: OPEN-FACED CLOCKS

These clocks are OPEN-FACED (meaning no frame). No glass, no glare!
The base is one solid piece of 1/2 inch MDF wood (heavier, nicer feel than cheap thin clocks)
Our faces are printed directly on the MDF wood base.
Nicely finished, rounded edges.

Option Two: FRAMED CLOCKS

Beautiful Maple
Chestnut: Darkish brown with a just a touch of red.
Espresso: Black Stained Wood-you can still see the grain through the stain so it is not solid black.
Glass Cover.
Thick, Chunky Awesomeness (2.5 inch to 5 inches in depth depending on diameter)

HOW MUCH DO THEY WEIGH?

Open-faced wall clocks(no frame) 12 inch = 3 lbs, 18 inch =6 lbs., 24 inch = 10 lbs., 30 inch =15, 36 inch = 21 lbs., 48″ inch = 35 lbs., 60 inch = 75 lbs.

Framed: 12 inch = 4 lbs, 18 inch = 7 lbs., 22.5 inch = 8 lbs., 29 inch = 16, 35 inch = 20 lbs., 46.4 inch = 40 lbs.

DIAMETER OF UNFRAMED Wall Clocks:
12 inch clocks are 12 inches diameter, 18 are 18 inches diameter, 24 clocks are 24 inches diameter etc!

12 inch clocks: 10 inch face; overall face plus frame is 12 inches

Make sure to get a battery that is over 1.3v for the large wall clocks. The larger hands take a lot of energy so a better battery will last longer. Lithium batteries are said to last a long time in clocks.
